About the assignment

Terranor has been entrusted with the proud assignment of responsibility and function for the operation and maintenance of outdoor areas in the North area of Falu Municipality, as well as winter road maintenance for Lugnet in Falun.

With this, we are now looking for a Foreman who wants to help drive this assignment.

The assignment covers the operation and maintenance of park, plot, and block land, as well as various types of facilities, both in summer and winter. Responsibilities include, among other things, cleaning, maintenance of green areas and paved surfaces, ponds, equipment, and facilities. It also includes outdoor areas at preschools and schools, residential environments, and municipal commercial properties.

Your role with us

As a foreman with us, you have an important role in coordinating and leading the operational work within the assignment. You are responsible for daily management and contribute to ensuring that the work is carried out in an efficient and high-quality manner.

The role includes, among other things:

• Leading and planning work within operation, maintenance, and supervision with a clear and structured approach.
• Ensuring good coordination and following up and documenting the work continuously.
• Handling readiness through active weather monitoring and coordination of resources when needed.
• Leading through dialogue, participation, and a solution-oriented mindset that creates engagement in the team.

About you

As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and confident in your leadership. You thrive in a varied daily routine, enjoy collaborating, and have a holistic perspective in your work. With a structured approach, you create clarity and results together with your team, even when conditions change.

You have:

• At least 3 years of experience as a foreman for operation and maintenance of green areas, urban outdoor environments, or alternatively state/municipal roads.
• At least 2 seasons of experience as a site manager for winter road maintenance.
• Approved completed education regarding BAS-U.
